Mitsubishi MV1200’s wire EDM and Mitsubishi EA8 sinker EDM machines allow us to hold tolerances +/- .0001” for the smallest of parts. Through the use of hard tooling our repeatability allows us to scale products to large quantities, while still retaining the same level of quality seen during development.

YCM and HAAS CNC mills along with manual milling machines allow us to prototype tooling quickly while also providing capabilities for fully machined CNC parts. These in conjunction with our EDM machines allow us to be one of the most versatile shop for any project.
